Setting Healthy Boundaries
This Workshop Is Not Currently Scheduled.
If you find yourself venting about people in your life, this may be a sign you haven’t learned how to set healthy boundaries in relationships. Other signs include feeling uncomfortable and guilty when you want to say “no” to someone. And making up stories (little white lies) to support your reason for saying “no”.
Relationships need healthy boundaries in place to convey your values, minimize conflict and to protect your emotional and mental health.
This workshop will help you:
- Understand the psychology of the guilt-resentment trap that occurs when we don’t set any boundaries.
- Learn what a healthy boundary is and how to identify a violation of your boundaries.
- Identify the 6 different types of healthy boundaries that determine how people behave towards us.
- Develop a set of boundary phrases you can use in different situations.
By the end of this workshop, you will know how to take actionable steps to set healthy boundaries in your relationships and how to handle uncomfortable situations using boundary phrases.
