Wellness Programs
Our experiential wellness programs draw on neuroscience principles, psychological science and mindfulness-based practice to help people feel happier and live healthier lives. We focus on teaching the critical wellness skills of self-awareness, re-framing unhelpful thoughts, and managing your emotional response to situations.
Our powerful, evidence-based programs can be delivered as group courses or 1:1 coaching sessions. All programs have been designed for optimal delivery in 6 weekly 1.5hr sessions, however they can be presented over 2 days or adapted to a half day workshop or 1hr talk.

Coping with Life Stress
The ability to accept, tolerate and adaptively cope with stress is critical to living a happy and healthy life. This program teaches 7 key skills that build on each other to create an integrated stress management method you can use throughout your day.
Developing Self-Confidence
Build skills and behaviours to live a more authentic life, set healthy boundaries and deepen relationships. You'll learn what self-confidence really means, as well as practical ways to deal with difficult situations including emotional resilience, communication and assertiveness techniques.
